Licensing Information

1. DEFINITIONS

• "MECAPH" refers to the proprietary software platform, including all modules, services, features, updates, and documentation.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing MECAPH.
• "Subscription" refers to a paid or trial license granting limited access to MECAPH.
• "Account" refers to the registered workspace created by a User.
• "Content" includes data entered, uploaded, or generated by the User within MECAPH.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use MECAPH.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• All activities occurring under your account
• Ensuring authorized use within your subscription limits

Unauthorized access or misuse must be reported immediately.

3. LICENSE & PERMITTED USE

MECAPH is licensed, not sold.

186ix Consult grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MECAPH strictly for lawful business purposes during an active subscription period.

You acquire no ownership rights in MECAPH.

4. SUBSCRIPTION, BILLING & EXPIRY

4.1 Subscription Term

Subscriptions are time-bound (monthly, quarterly, or annually) and expire automatically unless renewed.

4.2 Expiry Notification

MECAPH will display subscription expiry notifications within the application and/or via registered contact channels prior to expiration.

Such notifications are informational only and do not constitute a waiver of responsibility.

4.3 Expiry Consequences

Upon expiration:

• Access may be restricted or suspended
• Certain features may become unavailable
• Continued access requires renewal

5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree not to:

• Copy, clone, reverse engineer, or modify MECAPH
• Circumvent subscription, licensing, or security controls
• Share access beyond permitted user limits
• Use MECAPH for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• Misrepresent MECAPH as your own product or service

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

6. DATA & USER CONTENT

Users retain ownership of their own business data entered into MECAPH.

However:

• System logic, workflows, validations, and architecture remain proprietary
• 186ix Consult may process data solely to operate and improve the service
• Users are responsible for data accuracy and compliance with applicable laws

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in MECAPH, including but not limited to:

• Software code
• UI/UX design
• Algorithms
• Branding
• Documentation

are the exclusive property of 186ix Consult.

Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may attract legal action.

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & MODIFICATIONS

We may:

• Update, modify, or enhance MECAPH
• Temporarily suspend access for maintenance
• Discontinue features with reasonable notice

186ix Consult does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access:

• For breach of these Terms
• For misuse or abuse
• For non-payment or expired subscription

Termination does not limit our legal rights.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

MECAPH is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all implied warranties
• We do not guarantee error-free operation
• Use of MECAPH is at your own risk

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

186ix Consult shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business
• Service interruptions beyond reasonable control

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the subscription fees paid.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

Jurisdiction lies exclusively where 186ix Consult operates.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of MECAPH after updates constitutes acceptance.

The "Last Updated" date will always reflect the most recent revision.
